2.4 KYC Verification. dadu92 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — comprising CNIC upload (front and back) and a selfie confirmation — before any withdrawal is processed. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and to verify age and identity.
2.5 Single Account. Each individual may maintain only one dadu92 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dadu92 login credentials (mobile number/email and password). dadu92 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on dadu92 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts that have completed KYC. dadu92 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one business day for verified e-wallet accounts and within one to three business days for bank transfers.
4.5 Fraud Prevention. dadu92 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct additional verification checks where fraudulent, suspicious, or AML-triggering activity is detected. If a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation, dadu92 will notify you of the hold via your registered contact details.
4.6 Inactive Account Funds. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for twelve consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the dadu92 fee schedule available on request. Balances will not be forfeited without advance written notice to your registered mobile number or email.
5.1 dadu92 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and the specific terms attached to each offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses credited to a dadu92 account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
5.3 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional offers are available once per person, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated to be repeatable. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using the same identity, payment method, or network is prohibited.
5.4 dadu92 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period will lapse automatically.
5.5 Bonuses do not constitute real money. dadu92 is under no obligation to pay out bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on the dadu92 sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino games are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet or wager except where dadu92 explicitly permits a cash-out option prior to settlement.
6.2 Errors. dadu92 reserves the right to void bets or wagers placed as a result of obvious errors in odds, game malfunctions, or software errors, even after initial settlement. Players will be notified of any such void and funds returned to their dadu92 wallet.

6.4 Live Casino. Live casino game results are determined by real dealer actions and are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved based on the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

13.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to dadu92's licensed operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
13.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute relating to your dadu92 account or a specific transaction, you should contact dadu92 support via live chat in the first instance. dadu92 will endeavour to resolve all reasonable disputes within 14 business days of receiving full details of the complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through dadu92's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified on the dadu92 Platform from time to time.
13.4 These Terms, and any dispute arising hereunder, are not governed by the laws of Pakistan given the international nature of the dadu92 Platform. Players in Pakistan access the Platform subject to their own local legal assessment as required under Clause 2.2.
